This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and where we deliver the products you purchase from Kuycon. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations & Supported Countries We currently ship to

Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to carrier limitations. A valid physical street address and contact telephone number are required for all deliveries.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Weight Tiers Shipping fees are calculated based on destination region, selected shipping method, and package weight at checkout:

4. Estimated Delivery Times by Shipping Method

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDP)
All shipments delivered by Kuycon Global Official are handled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are included in the checkout price, and customers will not be required to pay additional tax fees upon delivery.
If you unexpectedly receive a notice for additional customs clearance fees, please contact our support team immediately with documentation so we can handle it promptly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link will be sent to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on carrier portals.
7. Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries
Address Verification: Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct prior to payment. Due to automated order fulfillment, address modifications are not permitted once processing begins.
Customer Liability: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from invalid addresses or uncollected shipments after carrier attempts.
8. Risk of Loss All purchases are fulfilled by third-party logistics carriers. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages Damaged Goods: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If damaged, reject delivery or take clear photos and report to us within 48 hours.
Lost Shipments: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, notify us within 7 business days so we can initiate an official trace with the courier.
