Upon our review and approval of the issue, we will provide you with a return guidance.

Shipping Costs:
For items verified as defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.
Condition:
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in a condition that is not resellable (e.g., with damaged packaging, missing parts, or signs of misuse).
